Terry Bello International Soul Summit FINAL survey results

Intro

Well here are the initial results. We asked (5) questions and they varied in responses.

Out of 416 respondents 

Question 1  How Would You Rate Terry Bellos Professionalism in relation with The International Soul Summit?

10 - 7 = Good

6 - 5 = Neutral

1 - 4  = Bad

78% answered  between 1 - 4  = Poor

12% answered  between 10 - 7 = Good

10% answered  between 6 - 5 = Neutral

Almost 80% of people thought Terry Bellos Professionalism in relation with the International Soul Summit was poor.

Question 2  Please Share WHY You gave Terry the rating you gave him

Almost 34% of the people made references to issues with Terry keeping promises

44% referenced Terry treating someone near them in a rude manner

28% referenced Terry directly treating them in a rude manner

22% referenced their good relashionship with Terry

42% referenced their past experience (in a positive manner).

30% said they liked the fact ttha he though of such an original idea.

"Makes empty promises, never pays, switches personalities like Jekyll & Hype and while cuss you out for his mistakes"

"I attended the the International Soul Summit last summer in Atlanta.   The problem that I have with Mr.  Bello is that he has no type of personality.  He was not very friendly to the paying customers who paid money to come to the conference!"

"Terry also has a habit of talking down to everyone as if they were children which I did not appreciate. It is unprofessional in my opinion. And also he rarely uses email communication which I can understand but in order to be efficient in this day and age email needs to be the main form on contact unless it is a very pressing issue."

I've been to the first two international soul summits, with having the opportunity to be a speaker on the panel the following year. I've heard things from day one, but because they didn't directly affect me, I chose & choose to continue to support him as well as the international soul summits mission."

"I attended a summit in the past and, Terry himself was professional. He was approachable, handled his business well even though there were a few mishaps and delays... he took care of the situations proficiently."

"I my experiences with Terry he has been a generous host of the event and a good source to connect and meet other in the industry through."

Question 3 How Would You Rate your experience with The International Soul Summit?

49% answered  between 1 - 4  = Poor 

7% answered  between 6 - 5 = Neutral

So 5 out of 10 people thought their Experience with the International Soul Summit was Good

Question 4  Please Share WHY You gave The International Soul Summit the rating you gave it

77% of respondents said they liked the idea of Soul Summit and that there was nothing like it out there. Even the people who rated Terry poor in his professionalism still held the idea of the event in higher regard.

Question 5  Please Share any suggestions you think could improve The International Soul Summit to make it a better event

97% of respondents said that Terry Bello should hire someone to manage the event and not be directly involved. Even many of the people who gave Terry high ratings in his professionalism still believed that Terry should not be directly involved.
